Strategic Plan - The Road to Rio 2016

Thank you for electing me as the President of our club !

  I hope the rest of the board and myself can continue to contribute to the success that we are having in the pool.  In my role as President I intend to provide leadership for the Club to ensure that we continue to be viewed as one of the premiere small clubs in the country.  To that end, this coming year we will be working on developing a strategic plan for the club.  This plan, which will cover the years 2011 - 2016 is tentatively called; "the Road to Rio", and will answer the following questions:

Are our administrative processes fair and transparent?

Are our Swimmers given every opportunity to succeed?

Are we doing everything we can to support our Swimmers off the pool deck?

How do we acheieve financial stability?

We will begin the development of this plan with an informal training and discussion session for board members in late July.  Expect to see a survey of all of our membership asking for your opinions in these areas later in the fall.  Any thoughts, concerns or special exertise in any of these areas is always welcome so please feel free to step forward at anytime if you wish to be part of this process.
