Swim forms are in swimmer's mailboxes at the Leisure Centre. This meet is for TAG, Youth, Jr. National and National swimmers. The deadline for swimmer entry is October 9. Please turn forms in to the office by then. You can contact your swimmers coach if you have any questions.
