Alberta 2008-10 Time Standards
SwimAlberta has just published the current time standards to cover the 2008-2010 timeframe (2 seasons). These standards are revisited every 2 years and some changes (generally minor) do occur. I've converted the original SwimAlberta Excel spreadsheet into PDF documents to facilitate reading.

Canadian Time Standards
Above the Alberta provincial level, there are a number of additional time standards published by the governing body.

TAS Youth Recognition Time Standards
Team Aquatic Supplies (TAS) and SwimAlberta have established a program to recognize age group swimmers who achieve qualifying standards based on Canadian and Provincial listings (TAG and TAS).
Awards:
Age Groups: 11-12, 13-14, 15-17

Age Group: 10 & Under
